Winter Riding

Postby Goldwing » Tue Jun 29, 2010 11:38 am

How many of you guys ride in the Winter Months? What is your limit to where you stop other than Rain, Freezing, or Snow?
Thanks,
Goldwing

I try to ride my Goldwings whenever the weather is above 40f and I m bundeled up good, just to keep them in shape. Under 40f,Ii put them in my shed, and start then every up and run them until itgets up to the norml "warm" temp I ususlly ride. It helps keep the carbs clean, and then in the spring, I can pull either out and go for a ride.

Winter riding..not in MI! Wet isn't bad and cold isn't bad if you are dressed for either..but cold and wet can be miserable! We did ride late one Nov. day a few years ago when we had a late fall warm spell...lasted a few hours mid day and that was fun...
Hey, I am just signing on!

I used to ride when it was cold.
I'm used to begging, I used to be married.
